Error description

• When the Default Input Language in 'Control panel'?'Region and
  Language' is set to Japanese or Korean Microsoft Office IME
  using Windows 7, ClearQuest/ClearCase UCM integration does not
  work. ClearQuest login panel keeps showing up.
