Error getting SSH Known Host Key from a Remote HOST using Sterling B2B Integrator

Symptom

When the user tried to get the Known Host Key from a remote host, the UI shows this error message "Error occurred while fetching the key! Please check the HOST and Port Information and try again". The remote host is using Ipswitch WS FTP Server
