PM22227: DBS AND DBSW FUNCTIONS NOT WORKING AS EXPECTED.

Error description

• Customer is trying to use the DBS and or the DBSW functions
  within Excel 2007.  If we use the DBS function and click the
  recalculate, the value is not updated in the spreadsheet or the
  cube.  If we use the DBSW function, which should automatically
  populate the spreadsheet and cube, the values is also not
  updated.????tm1excelservice.log(set to DEBUG) reports the
  following error:????DEBUG
  Applix.TM1.ExcelServices.TM1ExcelService - An error may have
  occurred in MainThread primary loop [or it may be shutting
  down]??System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A blocking operation
  was interrupted by a call to WSACancelBlockingCall
