Troubleshooting
Problem
When upgrading GIM bundle to version 10.1.2 from v9.5 although GIM and WINSTAP are installed successfully, COMMON module shows up failed.
Symptom
When clicking on 
icon, COMMON bundle has a status of FAILED, however, GIM and WINSTAP shows up as "INSTALLED".
