Error description
The correlator generated by CICS TG for SYNCONRETURN requests, and passed to CICS through the EXCI, does not follow the same standard as those generated by CICS and might not be unique.

A restart of the Gateway daemon might result in a previous correlator value being reused.
Problem conclusion
CICS TG has been corrected. The CICS TG logic to generate the correlator value will now generate unique correlator values. The CICS TG monitoring exit has been updated to provide the correlator value through the CicsCorrelator field.
