The Reassigned? Checkbox in View Workflow History is not Read-Only

Troubleshooting

Problem

The checkbox called Reassigned? in the View Workflow History dialog is an indicator that a workflow assignment has been reassigned. It should therefore be read-only. The data in the checkbox is correct, however it can be overtyped. Overtyping does not result in a permanent update to the data nor does it reassign an assignment.

Symptom

Using the WOSTATUS workflow in the Work Order Tracking application as an example

1) Select a Work Order
2) Route Workflow (if WOSTATUS is the only workflow available, it will be chosen automatically; otherwise it will need to be selected)
3) Reassign the assignment to another person (e.g. Wilson) using System Configuration -> Platform Configuration -> Workflow Administration
4) Return to the Work Order Tracking application
5) Select the Work Order
6) Select Action -> Workflow -> View Workflow History

7) The checkbox correctly indicates that a reassignment has occurred, however the checkbox can be cleared.
