Why does the LDAP Application not work in Internet Explorer?


Compatibility issues with Internet Explorer may result in the Authorization Token for the LDAP Application to not be created properly.


If The LDAP application is not working in Internet Explorer you will see a Certificate error.

To resolve this try using another browser, such as Firefox or Chrome. It should display a screen such as this one.

Results: You can now access the LDAP Application.
