Installation of component jars can cause hotfix jars to be removed - Sterling B2B Integrator

Troubleshooting


Problem

If the file path to the installable jar contains "hotfix", "interimfix", ”ifix", “patch", "fixpack", or “build” then InstallService removes the existing hotfix/ifix jars.

Symptom

Hotfix version on support page is not shown.
