Error description

• Noted in Synergy 7.1.0.6, Windows web-mode Client, Linux server
  
  Situation:
  
  Show a prep project that has a DCM id and delimiter in its
  version. (ie This version is a locally checked out version of
  project created in and DCM transferred from another database.)
  
  This project has a subroject that originated locally - no DCM
  id/delimiter in the version.  The release value of the
  subproject differs from the parent.
  
  From the top project, select Copy Project...
  
  In the Copy Project dialog, select '??' button for Subprojects.
  By default, this will query for subprojects having the same
  release as the parent, and will correctly show '!Project not
  found' in the status bar at the bottom.
  
  However in the message view, the user will see:
  
   --- Begin Error Reporting ---
   Project does not exist.
   Project name is either invalid or does not exist:
  Ant~tut71#10018522
  
   Recommendation: Double check to make sure you spelled the
  project name
   correctly and the project does exist.
   --- End Error Reporting ---
  
  Here, Ant~tut71#10018522 is the top-level project.
  
  This message does not get written if the top-level project does
  not have a DCM ID and delimiter in the version.
