Error description

• DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS DS or DSP line commands on
  panel ADB21D 'Databases' panel can incorrectly display Note
  column contents for ALIAS and INDEX objects.

  Display results on panel ADB21DS 'Database Structures' shows:
    1. Valid ALIAS objects are displayed with ORPHANED in the
       NOTE column, and
    2. Non-partitioning INDEX objects are displayed with
       PARTITIONED in the NOTE column

  In DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS, when issuing the DS or DSP
  line command against a database on panel ADB21D, the command
  incorrectly displays the 'Note' column contents for ALIAS and
  INDEX objects on panel ADB21DS:
  
  1- Valid ALIAS objects are displayed with ORPHANED in the
     Note column.
  2- Non-partitioned INDEX objects are displayed with PARTITIONED
     in the Note column.
