  .
  Specifically new features include:
  1. Extended RBA
  2. Suppress null indexes
  3. System level backup cloning - provides a new control card
    that enables users to change a WRITE_TO_VSAM target data set
    name by replacing the first qualifier with the specified
    vcatname value.
