5.2.6.3 Map Editor not working

Troubleshooting


Problem

The customer upgraded the version of Sterling B2B Integrator, downloaded and installed the Map Editor.
Despite those steps the customer cannot open any maps that were saved in the previous release.
The Error message is: This type of map is not supported. It cannot be opened.

Symptom

Error: This type of map is not supported. It cannot be opened. Unexpected file format.
