Error description

• DOORS Documentation update: Link Attributes cannot be edited
  when Formal Module is accessed in Shareable Edit mode.
  
  Steps to replicate:
  ---------------------
  - Open module in Shareable Edit mode and lock an Object with
  in-link or out-link
  - Go to Link ? Edit Links
  - The details of all the links related to the Object are
  displayed
  - Select one of the in-links or out-links and click on Details
  - The Link Properties window is displayed with the link
  attribute details
  - Select an editable link attribute yet the Edit button is
  greyed out
  
  This is working as designed.
  
  Currently the documentation under 'Creating link attributes'
  states 'You must have create and modify access to the link
  module to create link attributes'. However, its not mentioned
  that Link Attributes cannot be edited when the Formal Modules
  are being accessed in Shareable Edit Mode. This information
  needs to be updated into the documentation.
