How to Start Planning Analytics Workspace during Windows Server Startup

Problem

Planning Analytics Workspace on Windows by default, requires Docker Toolbox for Windows. By default, Docker Toolbox for Windows comes bundled with Oracle VirtualBox. This technote describes one way that Oracle VirtualBox can be configured to run automatically upon Windows Server Startup.
