Guardium LDAP Import Returns No Results

Troubleshooting


Problem

IBM Security Guardium has a feature to import group members from LDAP. If the configured page size exceeds the limit defined by the LDAP Admin, the result set returned by the import query will be empty. No errors are returned from Open LDAP servers.

Symptom

Result set is empty, 0 members imported even though the search parameters are correct.
