PM72180: Parameter type is invalid when submitting HP QC 11 defects

Error description

• Using AppScan Source 8.6.0.1, when submitting a new defect to HP
  QC 11, the configuration was correct and all of the defect
  fields were presented properly. However, the following error was
  seen:
  
  'Error Submitting Bundle Parameter Type is Invalid'
  
  Nothing was ever written to HP QC 11 and this problem came up
  when populating all of the fields as well as only the required
  fields. There is an AppScan Standard technote that shows the
  error message, but not one for AppScan Source:

  The workaround described in the AppScan Standard technote above
  is a workaround that can be applied to AppScan Source to get
  around this issue issue.
