Error description

• This PTF contains several new functions for ICAT v511
  - Eliminate the requirement to shutdown the OMPE collector
    before running the ICAT jobs
  - Don't create RKONVLOG data sets anymore
  - Replace the subsystem name for the OMPE started task with the
    new generic name OM
  - Change the minimum and the default for the number of XCF tasks

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  This APAR introduces several minor functional changes which
  include the following:
  
  - Eliminate the requirement to shutdown the OMPE collector
    before running the ICAT jobs
  - Don't create RKONVLOG data sets anymore
  - Replace the subsystem name for the OMPE started task with the
    new generic name OM
  - Change the minimum and the default for the number of XCF tasks
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  It is not necessary to shutdown the OMPE collector to
  recreate the configuration members. In order for the new
  configuration to take effect the OMPE collector needs to be
  restarted.
  
  The RKONVLOG data sets are not generated anymore.
  
  The subsystem name for the OMPE started task is now set to the
  generic name OM.
  
  The defaults for the number of XCF tasks is adjusted. This makes
  sure that the configuration for this parameter is always valid.
