Troubleshooting
Problem
When starting IBM SPSS Statistics and opening a .sav file via the pop-up window, the program freezes and can only be stopped via the Task Manager. Also opening a .sav file using File > Open > Data the same problem occurs. When double-clicking a .sav file in eg. Windows Explorer, the file opens fine and works perfectly.
