Troubleshooting
Problem
When generating a report using IBM Rational Publishing Engine (RPE) from IBM Rational DOORS you get a pop-up error "DOORS report -> GetVolumeInformation failed - 144"
Symptom
The pop up message above appears. When you press ok generation continues but the error appears again. If you keep clicking through the error the report may complete the generate.
