    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
By this APAR, the following two changes are made to the
    Integrity Checker utility:

    1. Suppresses Integrity Checker WTO messages if a global option
    module is not set up.

To activate Integrity Checker, a global option module must be
created and added to the STEPLIB concatenation. In other words,
if a global option module is not found in the STEPLIB
concatenation, Integrity Checker will not be activated.

Integrity Checker issues the following messages when a global
    option module is not found:
      FABL0103W LIU INTEGRITY CHECKER DEACTIVATED
      FABL0113W LIU CONFIGURATION NOT FOUND
      FABL0114I IMS VERSION WAS RETRIEVED
These messages can mislead users by implying unexpected warning
    conditions.

This APAR suppresses these messages when a global option module
is not found in the STEPLIB concatenation. Specific changes are
    as follows:
     - Messages FABL0103W and FABL0113W are deleted.
     - Message FABL0114I is issued only when a global option module
    is found.

    2. Displays the version of IMS in an Integrity Checker message.

This APAR changes the FABL0114I message as follows:
FABL0114I LIU INTEGRITY CHECKER ACTIVATED. IMS VERSION IS
    version

As previously described, this message is issued only when
Integrity Checker is activated. The new message text clearly
describes the processing status together with the version of IMS
    that is being used.
