The Repository Server Driver level posted via this APAR includes fixes for the following problems: IC82856: OPTIM PERFORMANCE MANAGER - EMPTY ALERT DETAILS SECTION IN NON ENGLISH LOCALES. IC82857: Optim performance manager - Certain muti-byte characters caused XML-RPC request errors during db configuration. IC83210: OPTIM PERFORMANCE MANAGER - EXECUTION TIME ON THE EI DASHBOARD DOES NOT MATCH THE REAL EXECUTION TIME OF THE TRANSACTION.
