PM64448: exporting a baseline using doc generation tool actually exports the current version

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If you export a baseline using the document generation tool
  (File;Export;Document Generation;...) the current version of the
  module will actually be exported.
  
  To recreate:
  
   - create a baseline in a module, then make a change in the
  current version
   - open the baseline and select File;Export;Document
  Generation;[PDF|Microsoft Word]
   - use default settings then observe the resulting file

Problem conclusion

• The defect was because the current version was only ever
  considered for export and baselines were never considered.
  The code has been changed so that baselines are now
  considered.
