**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM Session Manager * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After a batch job, started by the * * STARTLINK BATCH command, has run a * * Q NET LINK BATCH command shows 2 * * entries in the query reply for the * * batch link. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** On completion of a BATCH job started by the START LINK BATCH comand, the link is left in "disconnected" and "inactive" state, thus it appears twice when a Q NET LINK BATCH command is submitted.
Problem conclusion
A change has been made so that after the completion of the BATCH job, the link is now left in just "disconnected" state, and will only appear once in the Q NET LINK BATCH command response. Also, the STOPLINK command has been enhanced to fully terminate the link if issued after the BATCH job has terminated. 100Y ISZCINIT
