when using the option to record screen, Generate Support Request tool crashes steps to reproduce: in SA, go to Help ? Generate Support Request and click 'Add Video Capture' you then get the message: 'Generate Support Request has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.' this behavior appears under Win XP Pro.

Problem conclusion
