Error description

• MSGBPL104E is issued when a database in the IMS SYSGEN has a psb
  in ACBLIB. MSGBPL104E is followed by ABENDU4081.

Problem conclusion

• When a DBD has an invalid ACBLIB member, ignore the DBD
  as it cannot be used.
