Error description

• When Incremental image copy datasets are setup for OBIDXLAT and
  the "Incremental Image Copies" field on GGC$OXLT panel is a 'Y',
  changing this field to a 'N' and saving will turn this field
  back to a 'Y'.
  
  With this APAR, even when Incremental image copy datasets are
  setup, and changing "Incremental Image Copies" field to a 'N'
  and save will retain the value on this field.
