The action ADD is not allowed on object COMMLOG

Problem

This document provides info about the error message above when you send a communication.

Symptom

On Existing Work order user getting error when creating a communication. You have security groups configuration to not allow a user to create a new work order. However, when the user tries to create a communication on an existing work order the error below is received:

CTGRD00026E - An error occurred when setting a value in the To: field.
BMXAA0024E - The action ADD is not allowed on object COMMLOG. Verify the business rules for the object and define the appropriate action for the object.

Error received on open Work Order when trying to send a communication.

This issue does not happen for users belonging to MAXADMIN group, which has a setting "Authorize Group for All Sites?" as true.
