Error description

• This APAR will provide a new CEX command in CEXCTLIN data set
  to allow the user to specify when CEX log records will be
  written to the journal data set.

  This APAR is addressing the following issues:
  1. New CEX command in CEXCTLIN data set to allow the user to
  specify when CEX log records will be written to the journal
  data set
  2. S0C4 abend if CEX trace is active and SCI payload size is
  larger than CEX trace buffer size.

• The changes have been made for the above issues:
  1. Added the optional command EVENTLOGGING
  WRITE=(IMMEDIATE|BUFFER) to the CEXCTLIN input data set. The
  new command allows the user to specify when the journal log
  records will be written to the CEX journal data set.  IMMEDIATE
  (the default value) causes the log records to be written to the
  journal immediately. BUFFER causes the log records to be saved
  in a buffer until the buffer is filled, at which time the
  contents of the buffer will be written to the CEX journal. If
  CEX abnormally terminates with a partially filled buffer, the
  log records in the buffer will be lost.
  2. CEX code changed to correctly handle SCI payload when it is
  larger than the CEX trace buffer.
