Problem

What information you should collect to diagnose and resolve IBM Jazz Reporting Service (JRS) issues when there is wrong data already in IBM Lifecycle Query Engine (LQE) data source.

Symptom

The SPARQL query result does not contain the data expected in the report. See more information in the technote 1986643: MustGather: Investigating problems with displaying wrong data when using Jazz Reporting Service point 3.

Cause

There are many reasons why the data in the data source of your report might not match the expected results. This MustGather will assist you in collecting the data necessary to help you diagnose and resolve the issue. If you are unable to determine the root cause using the information collected, you should open a support case for further investigation providing the data collected.

Resolving The Problem

The information below should be gathered:

  1. Gather the basic data about the system and the issue according to the technote 1986643: MustGather: Investigating problems with displaying wrong data when using Jazz Reporting Service points 1-3
     
  2. Check if the Status is or LQE data source is "Up-to-date" and the "Last updated" time is recent on LQE data sources page: https://your-server:port/lqe/web/admin/data-sources.
     
  3. If you use version 6.0.6 or higher, validate your TRS feed according to Validating TRS feeds and the LQE index document.
     
  4. Gather the log files according to Lifecycle Query Engine log files document.
