Error description

• On an IBM Rational ClearCase MultiSite 8.0.x VOB server, a
  'syncreplica import' fails with the message
  multitool: Error: Error from VOB database: '\sources'
  and examination of the ClearCase 'db' log shows

  Error: db_VISTA error -38 (errno == 'Bad file descriptor')
