In the panel : Global security > Federated repositories > Manage repositories > InternalFileRepository if we set the loginProperties values, it overwrites the baseDirectory and fileName. This causes login to fail. AdminTask.updateIdMgrRepository('[-id InternalFileRepository -adapterClassName com.ibm.ws.wim.adapter.file.was.FileAdapter -loginProperties uid;mail]') AdminTask.updateIdMgrFileRepository('[-id InternalFileRepository -baseDirectory -fileName -messageDigestAlgorithm SHA-1 -saltLength 12]')
