Sterling B2B Integrator (V.5242 and later) SFTP Client Get Service pulls partial files from GlobalScape server .
SFTP Client Get Service connecting to GlobalScape SFTP Server receives partial file instead of complete file.
This problem can be explained with an example: suppose you try to pull a file of 130MB placed on GlobalScape Server and only 43 MB is retrieved using Sterling B2B Integrator SFTP Client Get Service
Resolving The Problem
Sterling B2B Integrator internally makes use of sshtool’s (licensed vendor software) APIs to perform any SFTP operation. The issue described is identified as known problem for some client software (like Sterling B2B Integrator) talking to GlobalScape server and is published through following article on sshtool’s website: https://javassh.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/210075646
It is not Sterling B2B Integrator issue. Rather it must be fixed on GlobalScape Server. The customers are directed to change a registry key on the GlobalScape server in order to fix this.
--- GLOBALSCAPE FIX ---
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\GlobalSCAPE Inc.\EFT Server 7.1
