Error description

• Abstract:
  
  Attempts to display the contents of a DB2 table with DECIMAL
  (m,n) column converted to Hexadecimal is unreadable.
  
  Problem:
  
  If you right click on a table in the DataSource Explorer and
  select the action to 'Sample Contents' then it produces the
  columns/values in Results tab in the SQL Results view.  If you
  then right-click on a row and select the action 'Convert Row(s)
  to Hexadecimal' the following is product; for example:
  
  FIELD3 - Decimal(5,2):  32.0     Hex: 0x1.7p4
  FIELD4 - Decimal(5,2):  400.00  Hex: 0x1.44p8
  
  These fields are not readable as standard hexidecimal values.

  'Suppose COL_3 is a column with a data type of decimal(6,2) and
  a value of 40.1.
  An eight-character string '0004010C' is the result of applying
  the HEX function to the internal representation of the decimal
