Error description
TARGET-JOB-INDEX-REBUILD-DDN is a new source job COPY command that allows all indexes in the target job affected by data masking or log apply page changes to be rebuilt. Two JOB-TEMPLATE DDs must be added to the target job JCL. When the target job completes, submit the output from JOB-TEMPLATEs to rebuild all affected indexes. Any table that has a page changed using data masking or log apply will be in the object set that must have its index(es) rebuilt. Two rebuild commands are supported: REBUILD INDEX (ALL) TABLESPACE &&DATABASE.&&TABLESP REBUILD INDEXSPACE ( &&DATABASE.&&INDEXSP ) long form: TARGET-JOB-INDEX-REBUILD-DDN(ddname) short form: TRGIR default: none How to specify the template for the target rebuild index... #1. in the source job add this COPY command: TARGET-JOB-INDEX-REBUILD-DDN(ddname) Note that ddname is 7 chars max. FTR will search the trg job for ddname followed by an I and an O #2. add two DDs to the target job. The I DD is the template input and the O DD is the template output //CKZTIRI DD DISP=SHR,DSN=&hlq.CKZTIRI(mbr) //CKZTIRO DD DISP=OLD,DSN=&hlq.CKZTIRO(mbr) TEMPLATE-VARIABLES entered with SET commands in the source job are not passed to the target job and cannot be used in the target templates. This new command is not used to rebuild all indexes using JOB-TEMPLATEs. This is done using source job JOB-TEMPLATEs.
Local fix
Manually build and submit the rebuild job.
