Error description

• A new command, IGNORE-RF-MISMATCH-IF-NO-VAR-COLS, can be used to
  allow copy of tablespaces from source to target when there is a
  mismatch involving reordered row format. For example, the source
  may be migrated from DB2 V8 and be in basic row format (BRF) and
  the target objects may have been created on DB2 V9 NFM and be in
  reordered row format (RRF). This command, if Y, allows
  tablespaces with no variable columns to ignore the mismatch in
  row format, and be copied without a warning issued.
  
  IGNORE-RF-MISMATCH-IF-NO-VAR-COLS(Y/N) is in the COPY command.
  Short form: VARCL. The default is N.
