  - UNRECOVERABLE ABEND FAILURE
  
  Excessive memory usage in DGOABLOG has direct connection to
  FPEA4531I messages.
  
  A lot of FPEA4531I messages indicates that for some unknown
  reason input data contain a waste of orphaned IFCID 239
  records without complementing IFCID 3 records.  And that caused
  accumulation of incomplete 'logical accounting records' in a
  DGOABLOG obtained storage.
  
  Change code to eliminate ABEND40D due to orphaned IFCIDs 239
  accumulation.
  

Local fix

• Please use ACCOUNTREC(UOW) in CICS setup to improve Accounting
  Report accuracy and reduce memory consumption.
  
  Customer may also opt to shorten reporting interval using
  FROM/TO instead.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  CICS-DB2 protected entry threads reuse accounting data may cause
  big amount of IFCID 239 accumulated in the memory during report
  generation. It may happen when CICS configured with ACCOUNTREC
  other than ACCOUNTREC(UOW). It causes CPU consumption increase
  and may end up with ABNDS40D due to available storage depletion.
