APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• MSGDF0832I U3310 timeout condition is detected and PSTABTRM is
  correctly set with psuedoabend code. Within DFSDLA00 the abend
  is detected, the DFS0832I is issued, and only then are the
  parms checked to see if the abend should be converted to
  STATUS BD. The msg indicates U3310, and this can be confusing
  for operations, especially when automated, if the abend is
  actually bypassed.

  When the STATUS option is specified with the LOCKTIME parameter,
  if an ABENDU3310 is detected the application should only receive
  the BD status code without the DFS0832I message.
