APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After applying PM45817, switching to a new db2 subsystem can
cause "NO THREADS ARE CURRENTLY ACTIVE" message on ZALLT panel.

Local fix

  • Customer can choose B-TSO and then  return to A-All-Idle the
screen ZALLT will be restored and display data correctly.
