Troubleshooting
Problem
In a distributed environment with multiple Application Tier components customer set the parameter "datafiles" in Cognos Configuration to a location accessible by all Cognos dispatchers and restarted Cognos. After the change DQM reports started to fail intermittently.
Symptom
Query service java process was restarted every minute creating a new logfile logsXQE/xqelog*.xml each time.
Messages "DQServer: shutdown due to the OutOfMemoryError" appear at the end of logsXQE/xqelog*.xml files
