  r720 to ra10 ( v10 ) may fail during LOAD utility for table
  ADBCHKPT with rc08 and messages similar to:

Local fix

• If SADBSAMP(ADBCHU11) was run on r720,
  run SADBSAMP(ADBCHU02) on v10 prior to attempting LOAD utility
  on table ADBCHKPT.
