Error description

• Selecting 'Create New' option from the OSLCLINKS 1.2 tab on the
  cqweb results in the record form being opened to full size
  without any scroll bars possibly preventing submission of the
  record

  The "create new record" functionality in the OSLC LINKS 1.2
  package on CQ Web opens a record to it's full size.  The
  record also has no scroll bars and is not re-sizable.
  Depending upon the size, this may make it impossible to fill
  out the form completely and submit or cancel.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 7.1.2.6 and 8.0.0.2
