Problem conclusion
The entry and exit criteria around the particular loop has now been enhanced to handle object trees of any state and avoid timeouts. This fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in Service Level (Fix Pack) 1.0.1.15 of WebSphere Application Server v7 Feature Pack for Service Component Architecture (SCA) Refresh Pack.
