• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The unload fails at the very beginning of the process and ends
  with ABENDU1210 and issue messages such as:

          Assertion failed: "plex->plexContextCurrent init is
  
  This fix will prevent HPU from ending in ABEND, when requesting
  a conversion that is missing.  HPU will not issue a message
  instead.

Local fix

• Determine the SBCS CCSID of the DB2 subsystem and
  make the conversion from CCSID 37 to this CCSID available either
  by adding it:
  - to the SYSIBM.SYSSTRINGS or
  - to the Unicode conversion services.
