APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• HTTP Server fails to start with message
  
  IMW0581E Unresolvable HostName and BindSpecific is ON
  
  But, a -vv trace at startup shows
  
  Daemon...... Parsed SSL as port 443, inet 0.0.0.0
  IP.......... Opened socket number 11
  TCP......... Error 111 in `errno' after call to bind() failed.
  EDC5111I Permission denied.
  TCP......... __errno2() = 744c7246.
  IMW0581E Unresolvable HostName and BindSpecific is ON
  
  111  006F  EACCES  Permission is denied.
  7246 JRPortAccessAuth   User does not have authority to access
  this port.
  
  In this case, the TCPIP port reservation contained the wrong
  jobname, so the HTTP server was not allowed to bind to it.
  

Local fix

• Look at the errno / errnojr for the bind failure.  Use this
  information to fix the bind failure.
