Error description
When using German or French formatting (English works OK, others are untested) you will lose the ability to use bold formatting in the database font settings. Specifically, in the Tools;Options dialog, Display/Fonts tab, if you assign bold formatting to a particular item/level, it will not be shown in the preview pane. Additionally, attempting to apply that setting will wipe the bold setting, and will also wipe any record of previously assigned bold settings in other items/levels. To recreate : - Open Control Panel;Regional and Language - specify either 'German (Germany)' or 'French (France)' as the format (for numbers and dates) - login to DOORS as the Administrator and open the Tools;Options dialog, then the Display and Fonts tabs - observe the default settings for low Object Heading levels, they should include some bold settings - select a level which doesn't have formatting applied and specify that it should include both bold and italic formatting - observe that the preview pane does not show the desired bolding - Apply/OK the dialog then reopen it - observe that the previously defined bold settings have been reset to plain, and that the newly assigned bold and italic setting has been reset to be only italic This was introduced in either 9.3.0.0 or 9.3.0.1. Interestingly, at the same time, the same numbering format setting has been made the method by which DOORS menus languages are defined.
