  ??wsjar protocols are used by WebSphere class loaders. jar
  protocols are available from the java however WebSphere
  application classloaders will not use this protocol.????From
  inspecting the trace.log:??Lines 40016-40040 shows us a regular,
  WebSphere Compound Class loader findResource call. That
  correlates to
  ??wsjar:file:/C:/WAS70/profiles/WBM6401/installedApps/bamd06Node

                                                     ??So we know
  where the jar: class came from.?? ??It appears Cognos is loading
  this class again using the jar url
