Problem
After installing Cognos Analytics 11.0.2 , you may hit the following error message when you try to save the configuration the first time from Cognos Configuration : '[ERROR] The Parameter named 'Configuration Server' located in 'Environment' is currently invalid. The 'Configuration Server' values are blank and has a red 'X'. This avoids the IBM Cognos Analytics Services to start
