C:\Users\
Resolving The Problem
The i2 Analyst's Notebook ESRI connector is using the System.Environment.SpecialFolder.ApplicationData folder, which is an internal Windows path.
It is used by several other programs, so changing it may have unintended side effects.
It is therefore not possible to change the location of those files.
