Error description
On startup on Cognos 10.1.1 using Websphere 7.0.0.19 the cgsLauncher fails to start. This started happening after applying FP 19 to Websphere. This issue did not occurr with Websphere 7 FP 17 and also exists with Websphere 8.0.0.1.
