Troubleshooting
Problem
When the user tries to view the BIRT reports in any of the formats such as PDF and HTML, the report is not displayed. There is no error dialogue displayed and no browse page opened.
Symptom
When the user tries to view the report from the option, Run->View Report->As PDF, no browser opens up or any indication is provided on the screen.
